On July 27, 2005 the Greater Long Island Clean Cities Coalition held the second successful event in its on going Seminar Series, Municipalities – Fleets of the Future. Close to 100 attendees representing a majority of the municipalities in Nassau and Suffolk Counties were educated on the Alternative Fuel Vehicle industry and how with very little effort any area can take steps to introduce this technology into their fleets.
